Troubleshoot: TalkSwitch Phones Will Not Acquire An IP (DHCP Failed, No Service, Page Load Error)

To resolve please attempt the following:

  • Close out from network related programs.
  • Locate your Physical Network Router. (Linksys, Netgear, Motorola, RCA, etc) *If you are not sure what is your router contact support.
  • Power Cycle the Router (Unplug from Power wait 30 Seconds Power backup)
  • Power Cycle the phones with DHCP problems and see if now they will acquire an IP

If the phone returns back to normal please let us know. If they do not also please take a moment to create a ticket or contact us for further support.
