Synopsis:  This guide will show you how to configure your SPF record.

Applicable to: All Live-Tech 2013 hosted Exchange accounts.

Prerequisite: You must have a Live-Tech 2013 hosted Exchange account

How to

The Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is a technical method to prevent sender address forgery.

Note : this configuration has to be done on your PUBLIC DNS server, which might be managed by a hosting provider.

Make sure you transmit the correct information to be added:

 

- Type of record: TXT

- Hostname: your domain suffix (ex: example.com)

- Value to add: v=spf1 ip4:199.244.76.0/24 ip4:207.126.101.0/24 -all
