How to configure a Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record (Exchange 2010)
You must have a Live-Tech 2010 hosted Exchange account
The Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is a technical method to prevent sender address forgery.
Note : this configuration has to be done on your PUBLIC DNS server, which might be managed by a hosting provider.
Make sure you transmit the correct information to be added:
- Type of record: TXT
- Hostname: your domain suffix (ex: example.com)
- Value to add: v=spf1 ip4:22.214.171.124/24 ip4:126.96.36.199/24 -all
