This guide will show you how to configure your SPF record.
Applicable to
All Live-Tech 2010 hosted Exchange accounts.
Prerequisite

You must have a Live-Tech 2010 hosted Exchange account
How to

The Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is a technical method to prevent sender address forgery.

Note : this configuration has to be done on your PUBLIC DNS server, which might be managed by a hosting provider.

Make sure you transmit the correct information to be added:

- Type of record: TXT

 

- Hostname: your domain suffix (ex: example.com)

 

- Value to add: v=spf1 ip4:74.115.204.0/24 ip4:74.115.207.0/24 -all
