How To Edit Live-Tech SkyNox User Settings


How to edit Live-Tech Live-Tech SkyNox user settings.

Applicable to

All Live-Tech Live-Tech SkyNox accounts


You must have a Live-Tech SkyNox account. You must be the administrator of your organization.

How to

  1. Log into the Live-Tech SkyNox Control Panel.
  2. Click on the user whose settings you wish to edit.

  1.  Click on Edit settings under the Live-Tech SkyNox Online Backup section.

  1.  The Reset password button will send a password reset email to the user. The Activation email button will resend the activation email to the user. The Default language dropdown menu allows you to choose English or French as the default language of Live-Tech SkyNox’s messages. To save any changes made to the default language or email address, click on Save.
